EPHRATA – Grant PUD customers will be able to visit all of the PUD’s local offices on their lunch break starting next month.

Beginning Monday, Oct. 1, the Quincy, Royal City and Grand Coulee offices will no longer be closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Those offices will now be open from 8 a.m. to noon and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Moses Lake and Ephrata office hours will remain continuously open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Our employees are constantly looking for ways to improve service to PUD customers,” said Customer Service Director Andrew Munro. “We want to see if this will help make visiting the PUD’s local offices more convenient.”

Grant PUD customers can also drop off payments at the Mattawa City Hall, Coulee City Hall and Moses Lake Senior Center during their normal business hours.

The new schedule is on a three-month trial basis.
