NIC men third after Day 1

PORTLAND - Spencer Skipper is in a second-place tie after shooting two rounds of 74 Monday to lead the North Idaho College men's golf team to a third place standing after the first day of the Concordia Classic at Columbia Edgewater Country Club.

On the women's side, NIC's Arlee Coleman shot rounds of 99-88, good for 11th place individually. The Cardinal women are in fourth place.

The tournament will conclude with a final round at Heron Lakes Golf Club today.
