Elder/Vulnerable Adult Multi-Disciplinary Team

North Idaho College
North Idaho College sponsors the Area Agency on Aging and is responsible for fiscal and human resource management functions. Additionally, a student service learning project is coordinated each spring semester through the School of Nursing. Visit www.nic.edu for more information.
Nutrition Providers
Enjoy hot, fresh prepared meals in a friendly social setting. Cost to seniors 60 years and older is on a suggested donation basis. Contact your local nutrition provider for meal times and days.
Disability Action Centers (DAC)

Counties
Staff and members of the County Councils on Aging meet with local Boards of County Commissioners twice each year. The goal is to keep commissioners informed of issues that affect seniors in their county. If you would like to serve on a County Council on Aging, click here [PDF] for an application form.
2-1-1 Idaho CareLine
The 2-1-1 Idaho CareLine, a free statewide community Information & Referral service, is a program of the Department of Health & Welfare. The AAA partners with them, making our resource database available on the 211 website. Visit: idahocareline.org.
Local Hospitals
The AAA has agreement with local hospitals to help ease the transition from hospital to home.
