Three candidates have filed to run for two trustee seats on the Whitefish School District Board.

Ruth Harrison looks to retain her spot. Also filing for the seats are Nick Polumbus and Karla West.

Trustee Charlie Abell did not file for re-election after serving several stints on the board over the years.

Harrison was appointed to the school board in 2006 and has won subsequent re-election bids.

Both seats have three-year terms. The school election is May 7.
