Whitefish Theatre Company goes Wilde

Whitefish Theatre Company presents Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest” this month at the O’Shaughnessy Center.
The play, perhaps Wilde’s most well-known and best-loved, features two young gentlemen who bend the truth in order to add excitement to their lives. Eventually the truth catches up with them and threatens their romantic pursuits.
The show opens with a sneak preview at 7:30 p.m. April 11. Tickets to that show are $10 and available only at the door.
Other shows are 7:30 p.m. April 12, 13, 19 and 20, and 4 p.m. April 14 and 21. Tickets to those shows are $18 for adults, $16 for seniors and $8 for students, will all seats reserved.

The show is sponsored by Jim Mechum’s friends and family in honor of his 80th birthday.
