Kootenai County Sheriff

Tuesday

9 a.m.: Multi strand copper wire valued at about $2,500 was reported stolen from a farm field near the intersection of Hayden Avenue and Greensferry Road near Post Falls.

Friday

3:23 p.m.: A Sony computer, power tools and a propane torch with a total value of about $4,100 were reported stolen from the shop at a residence in the 8100 block of West Riverview Drive near Coeur d'Alene.

Saturday

8:53 a.m.: Miscellaneous new and scrap metal and various tractor parts with a total value of $10,000 were reported stolen from residential property in the 700 block of South Richards Road near Post Falls.

7:47 p.m.: A Canon camera, Canon lenses, ammunition, prescription medications and other items with a total value of about $4,100 were reported stolen from a residence in the 5000 block of South Blue Creek Road near Coeur d'Alene.

Sunday

4:51 p.m.: A yellow auger, a yellow earth mover, Chevron oil, electrical wire and other items with a total value of about $2,400 were reported stolen from residential property in the 18600 block of West Highway 53 near Rathdrum.

Karl W. Kime, 52, Spokane: One year determinate penitentiary time and six years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Judge John Mitchell

Michael P. Fender, 47, Spokane: Three years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, retained jurisdiction, $370.50 in fines and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Jourdan A. Vandenberg, 21, Post Falls: Three years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $340.50 in fines and four years probation for possession of a stolen vehicle.
