Naomi Rose Marie Deuling was born at 4:59 p.m. March 22, 2013, to Teresa and Nick Deuling of Coeur d'Alene. She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 21 inches long. Brothers are Isaiah, Gabriel and Lucas. Maternal grandparents are Bill and Marie Bell of Hayden. Paternal grandparents are Peter and Julie Deuling.

Cassie Anne Chaffin was born at 5:53 p.m. March 28, 2013, to Brian and Jamie Chaffin of Coeur d'Alene. She weighed 8 pounds 15.5 ounces. Cassie joins her brother, Parker, and sister, Carli. Maternal grandparents are Mary Jule Gabiou of Osburn and James Meek of Coeur d'Alene. Paternal grandmother is Bonnie Chaffin of Boise.

Katherine Bree Fehling was born at 11:16 a.m. March 30, 2013, to Rachel and Adam Fehling of Coeur d'Alene. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 inches long. Siblings are Emily, 5, and Lauren, 3. Maternal grandparents are Ken and Denise Edmonds. Paternal grandparents are Pat and Lisa Fehling.

Axton James Rutherford was born at 4:50 p.m. April 1, 2013, at St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, Va., to Chanda (Etter) and Preston J. Rutherford of Hopewell, Va. He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20.5 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Joanne (Cook) Anderson of Coeur d'Alene and Roy Etter of Old Town. Paternal grandparents are Jeri (Larsen) Goode of Coeur d'Alene and Preston L. Rutherford of Post Falls.

Madison Ann Berry was born at 1:08 p.m. April 6, 2013, to Elizabeth and Joshua Berry of Post Falls. She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 21.5 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Scott and Danette Horsley. Paternal grandparents are Joeseph Berry and Lana Tieman.

EDUCATION

Brooke Houseman is a senior at Post Falls High School. Brooke is a national honor society member, played varsity volleyball and has a 4.3 grade point. Brooke received a full scholarship to the University of Idaho from the ROTC. Brooke plans to be a veterinarian. Brooke also received a runner-up scholarship award last year when she participated in the Distinguished Young Woman at Post Falls High School.

Brooke is the daughter of John and Mary Houseman of Post Falls.

MILITARY

Army Pvt. Trae L. Vineyard has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.

Vineyard is the son of Brice Vineyard of Coeur d'Alene and Sarah Pattillo of Mead, Wash.

He is a 2012 graduate of Project CDA High School in Coeur d'Alene.
