NOXON – The Noxon High School gym was redecorated into a wonderland of sorts as the Noxon kiddos attended Prom.

The dance began at 9 p.m. with the grand march reenacting a scene from Foot Loose as the kids danced their way down the aisle, giving a grand entrance onto the dance floor.

Royalty was announced after the march and the prince and princess as well as the king and queen were crowned.

The court was made up of the junior class and Kathryn Chandler and Cory Radcliffe were pronounced princess and prince.

Dustin Wolfe and Kaylin Robinson got the title of king and queen, finishing their victory crowning with a slow dance, surrounded by their peers.

As the prom was getting started, the Red Devils danced to their hearts content and were dressed for the occasion with glitter and glamour filling the gymnasium.

Refreshments were provided for those in attendance as well as photographs to capture the memory of Prom, which burns fondly in many young people’s memories.
