Project Whitefish, a springtime Whitefish tradition, runs from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Grouse Mountain Lodge.

The 24th annual event features wine tasting, a food festival and an auction. All proceeds go to Project Whitefish Kids and Whitefish Theatre Company.

Fun Beverage provides the wine-tasting selection, and several local restaurants, including The Grill at Grouse, Stillwater Fish House, Latitude 48, Haskill Station, The Simple Chef, Café Kandahar and Whitefish Lake Restaurant will provide food. Montana Coffee Traders will supply coffee, beer will be provided by Great Northern Brewing Co.

Silent and live auctions, with items donated by local businesses and individuals, highlight the evening. Auction items include fine art, golf packages, health and pampering specials, gourmet meals, garden and house packages, fishing and hiking events and more. There are also several weekend getaway packages, including a week stay in Sedona, Ariz.  The live auction begins at 7:30 p.m.

Seating is limited to 200. Tickets are $50 per person; an entire table of 10 may be sponsored for $500 (one check, please). Sponsored tables are  located near the auctioneer with the sponsor’s name listed for all to see.

Purchase tickets at The Village Shop, Towne Printer, Imagination Station and the O’Shaughnessy Center.

Call 862-5371 for tickets or more information, or purchase tickets online at www.whitefishtheatreco.org.
