Kootenai County Sheriff

Tuesday

5:19 a.m.: Damages totaling about $700 were reportedly done to a Ford truck steering column and the windows of three trucks at a business job site at a gravel pit on North Old Highway 95 and East Chilco Road near Athol. Ford vehicle parts, a Nokia digital camera and miscellaneous items with a total value of about $1,400 were reported stolen from the vehicles.

Wednesday

4:49 p.m.: Damages of $1,100 were reportedly done to a metal sign, grass, bushes and trees on residential property in the 2000 block of North Havichur Loop near Post Falls.
