Resort, Beverly's earn AAA's Four Diamond Award

The Coeur d'Alene Resort and Beverly's restaurant within the hotel have received AAA's Four Diamond Award for 2013.

The Resort is among three hotels in Idaho to earn the award and it has received the distinction since 1986.

Beverly's is the lone restaurant in the state to receive the award and has earned the award since 1989.

Only 4.2 percent of all AAA-approved hotels and restaurants earn the Four Diamond Award. AAA has provided the ratings for 77 years.

Other establishments in Idaho earning the award were McCall's Shore Lodge, a newcomer to the list, and Sun Valley Lodge and Sun Valley Inn, which has received the honor since 2005.

"These businesses are committed to providing every guest with a personalized experience and attentive service in comfortable, high quality surroundings," said AAA Idaho President Jim Manion.

A total of 2,289 establishments (1,535 hotels and 754 restaurants) throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean received the Four Diamond rating in the past 12 months.

Windermere announces two new sales associates

Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty is pleased to announce the addition of sales associates Dave Dossman and Pam Rainforth.

Dossman is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and has a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering, spent most of his career in computer repair and programming. He relocated to Coeur d'Alene in 2005.

Rainforth was a community volunteer for 25 years at the Jr. League in Sacramento. After relocating to Coeur d'Alene in 2001, she has enjoyed purchasing and rehabilitating and designing, several homes for resale.
