Moses Lake man dies in 2-car crash

MOSES LAKE - A Moses Lake man died the evening of July 18 as a result of a two-car crash on Highway 28.

The collision occurred at around 6 p.m. half a mile east of Quincy. It happened after one of the vehicles involved crossed the centerline.

Drugs or alcohol were involved, the Washington State Patrol reported.

The deceased individual is David L. Castiglia, 50. He was wearing a safety restraint.

Castiglia was driving a 2013 Dodge Dart. It was totaled and impounded by George Towing.

The other driver involved in the accident was Ron Mitchell Kincade, 32, of Yuma Arizona. He was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer. It was totaled and impounded by George Towing.

Kincade was wearing a safety restraint, but he was injured. He was airlifted to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.

According to the Washington State patrol, Kincade was westbound on highway 28. His vehicle crossed the centerline and struck the eastbound Castiglia vehicle head-on.
