Possibly stolen van involved in Moses Lake crash Friday afternoon

MOSES LAKE - A Moses Lake man was injured after driving into a parked car on South Division Street Friday afternoon.

The driver, Efrain Adame Madrid, 19, was reportedly driving a large van south on Division Street near East Hill Avenue when he drove into a parked Dodge Ram truck on the other side of the road.

The van rolled, coming to rest on the side.

Adame Madric was transported to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake for injuries, including an apparent leg injury.

The van involved in the crash was also reported as stolen, according to Moses Lake police.

Adame Madrid was arrested on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle and reckless driving, according to reports.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
