Libby Middle-High signup this week

Registration for Libby Middle-High School students will be Thursday and Friday, Aug. 15 and 16, at the school.

Registration for seniors  begins at 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, and will continue until noon.

Also Thursday, junior regisration will be from 1 to 4 p.m.

On Friday, first sophomores will register, again from 9 a.m. to noon, followed by the freshmen registration from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Eighth-grade students attending the Middle School will register beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 19, followed by the seventh-grade registration from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20, and running until noon, is the time for both new students and foreign exchange students to register.

Later Tuesday, Aug. 20, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. is the time established for late registration.

Parents registering their children should come prepared to pay any fines they have incurred.

Also, picture day has been established at Friday, Sept. 6, with retakes set for Oct. 24.

Seniors should make plans to have their color portrait taken during the summer.  The portrait will go in the senior color section of the 2013-14 yearbook and there is an early deadline.

Also, there is a $5 lock deposit fee required at registration.

Optional costs include the Middle School Yearbook for $10, and the High School Yearbook for $50.

Also, students may prepay for the yearbook and save. Students may reserve their yearbook and set up a payment plan.

The fee for Middle School Activity tickets is $10, and the High School Activity ticket is $50.    

Students participating in any high school activity during the 2013-14 year are required to purchase a $75 activity ticket.

The first day of school is Aug. 28.
