POLITICS: Who abducted whom?

I would like to respond to Phil Membury’s Aug. 9 column summing up my recent column as alien-inspired blather. Phil, it seems to be extremely satisfying and thrilling for you to continually entertain yourself at my expense. Like many of your comrades, you feel entitled to liberally insult and attack people with this sickening brand of self-righteous impunity, including our president who was overwhelmingly elected twice to clean up your party’s eight-year mess.

Phil: Was the 5 percent that you reluctantly agreed with me the part where I mentioned that the GOP killed the 2010 Anti-Outsourcing Bill, or do you want to deny that too? Yes Phil, you belong to the party that continues to protect and reward U.S. corporations for operating in Communist nations while accusing our president of being a Communist for trying to bring them back. Perhaps the only way for you “patriots” to respect this president is for him to outsource the White House to China and then privatize our military as well.

Hey Phil, it sounds like your next great sci-fi thriller! P.S. Great letter from John Ritterbach on the same day as yours.
