TRINIDAD - The annual Bread, Cheese, & Cured Meat Festival returns to White Heron Cellars this Saturday, August 17.

It will get under way at 6 p.m.

Vinman's Bakery from Ellensburg will offer its selection of breads, from simple baguettes to the olive loaf, with a pastry or two thrown in.

Glondo's Sausage of Cle Elum will sample its salami, copa, and pepperoni, which it has been making since 1986.

Alpine Lakes Cheese will descend from the cool pastures of Blewett Pass with hard and soft cheeses.

Queens of Seven, led by a couple of moms, will bring its full blues band and promises to keep everybody dancing with original compositions. The two women who front the band have seven children between them.

A $10 charge at the door will go to the musicians. There will be artisan foods available for purchase, along with White Heron Cellars wine and a selection of micro beers.

The music will start at 7 p.m.
