Moses Lake beats Baxter Springs, 6-5

MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake 14-year-old Chiefs secured their first win of the Babe Ruth World Series Monday.

The Chiefs rebounded from Sunday’s loss and beat Baxter Springs, Kan. 6-5.

The win moves Moses Lake to 1-1 in pool play.
