DALTON GARDENS - The Idaho State Police Investigations Unit arrested two suspects on methamphetamines-related charges Wednesday morning.

The ISP served a search warrant on a home at 5035 15th St., and a second warrant on a home at 4135 Couples Drive.

According to Detective Mike Van Leuven, there were no arrests at the Couples Drive residence, but the warrant served on the home was loosely related to the bust on 15th Street.

"The neighbors should not be concerned about anything here," Van Leuven said, referring to the Couples Drive residence.

Detective Fred Sawnson said he could not release much information about the bust on 15th Street because the matter is still under investigation.

"The arrests were related to narcotics activity," he said. "Methamphetamines were involved."

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force was called in to assist ISP with the investigation, Swanson said.

Names of the suspects were not released.
