Vivo's growth gets national recognition

Vivo, a Coeur d'Alene-based women's clothing store chain, was listed on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in the nation. Vivo was ranked 493rd in the United States, 28th nationally in retail and No. 1 in Idaho.

Sterling Bank hires team leader

Sterling Bank recently hired Chad Burchard as commercial banking team leader for the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area.

Burchard comes to Sterling with 20 years of banking experience. He most recently was a top lender with Inland Northwest Bank, where he served as vice president in commercial banking.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Montana. He also is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and Leadership Spokane. As an active member of the community, Burchard is a founder and current board member of Boys and Girls Club of Spokane County. He also has served on the Northwest Business Development Association's loan committee, the Bloomsday Committee and volunteered as a youth basketball coach.

Smith joins Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty announced the addition of Wes Smith to its sales team. Smith, a North Idaho resident for 22 years, has worked in the region as a general contractor specializing in residential construction. He is looking forward to applying that experience to helping clients at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty.

Keller Williams welcomes the Fawcetts

Keller Williams Real Estate of Coeur d'Alene announced that Reid and Susan Fawcett have joined their sales team.

Reid was previously employed as the general manager of Applebee's until 2007 and then filled the same position at Red Robin of Coeur d'Alene until this year. After earning many recognitions and national awards in the restaurant industry, Reid is excited to bring more than 20 years in the service industry to his clients in real estate. He attended Boise State University.

Susan has been self-employed as a professional cosmetologist for the last two years. She has always been in the service industry as well, and is excited to use her lifelong knowledge of North Idaho to assist her buyers, sellers, and investors by turning their dreams into reality. She attended the University of Idaho and is a graduate of the Paul Mitchell School in Spokane.

Reid and Susan have three children and are active supporters of youth sports and participants in outdoor recreation throughout the area, as well as being volunteers for Ironman Cd'A.
