Thomas J. Kelly, 68, of Post Falls, Idaho

Thomas “Tom” Jay Kelly of Post Falls, Idaho, was born July 2, 1945, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to John and Nevelyn Kelly. 

Tom enjoyed gardening with his wife, hunting, fishing, coaching and being a great husband, dad and grandfather.

Tom spent his career in the grocery business. He was a route salesman for Archway Cookies for several years.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; children, Tom (Beki), Tracy Jo, Tracy Lynn and Marcy; grandchildren,  Nathan, Ryder, Alyx and Spencer; along with dogs Wilson and Zoe; brothers, Joe (Maxine) Kelly and Larry (Sharon) Kelly; sister,  Shirley (Brad) Baeth; sister-in-law, Mary Kelly; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Mary and brother John.

Tom passed away on Sunday, Aug. 18, after a long battle with asbestosis, Parkinson’s and, most recently, cancer. 

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at English Funeral Chapels, 1700 N. Spokane St., Post Falls, Idaho.
