Children prepare for district Elks Hoop Shoot

The winners of the Mission Valley Elks Lodge #1695 local hoop shoot competition, held Sunday, Nov. 24 have been announced:
Boys 8-9: Jarrett Wilson
Girls 10-11: Megan Rost
Boys 10-11: Ryker Wenderoth
Girls 12-13: Alyssia Vanderburg
Boys 12-13: Keyan Dalbey
They have all advanced to the district competition being held Joe McDonald Health & Athletic Center, in Pablo on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 10 am. Winners of the district contest will advance to state.
