JACC announces upcoming programs

POST FALLS - The Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center in Post Falls, located at 405 N. William St., has several upcoming programs for the community, beginning with a Christmas program.
The program, aptly named "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever," takes place Dec. 12-14 at 7:30 p.m. and Dec. 15 and 22 at 2 p.m. It is directed by Anne Mitchel and the music will be directed by Nancy Hoffman.
Tickets for the program are $15, and $10 for students.
On Jan. 4, JACC will host baritone Aaron Nicholson at 7:30 p.m. The performer will be in town for only one night and the event is billed as an "intimate evening."
Tickets for the concert are $20, and $15 for students.
Beginning Jan. 15, professional artist Robert Bear will host a survey course on painting techniques using water mediums such as transparent watercolors.
Participants are welcome to pursue their own stylistic interests of realism, impressionism, or abstract works.
Cost for the course is $20 per session and the courses begin at 6 p.m.
