Heather Lynn Rudbeck, 38, passed away on Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at her home in Coeur d’Alene as a result of complications from Lupus.

She was born July 17, 1975, in Brainerd, Minn., the daughter of Michael and Linda (Larson) Rudbeck. She lived in Oakes, N.D., until moving to Fergus Falls, Minn., when she was 11 years old. She attended Fergus Falls High School, graduating in 1993, and then Fergus Falls Community College. She finished her education at the University of Idaho in Moscow, graduating with a degree in Accounting. After graduation she received her C.P.A. and was employed with the Eide Bailey accounting firm in Boise, ID as a Sr. Accountant until the time of her illness.

Heather loved her family, all kinds of music, and her dog, Alex.

Preceding her in death were her grandpa Gerald Larson, grandparents Rudy and Ludmilla Rudbeck, and special aunt, Connie Johnson. Survivors include her mother, Linda Knutson, of Fergus Falls, Minn., her father, Michael (Karen) Rudbeck, of Coeur d’Alene; sister, Heidi (Ted) Mossman, of Colorado Springs, Colo., nephews Trey and Matthew Mossman; grandmother, Lorena Larson of Fergus Falls; three step-sisters: Erin Krog, Kassi Hayes, and Branigan King; godparents, Bob and Sandi Larson, and Rick Rudbeck; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., on Sunday, Feb. 16, at Lake City Community Church, 6000 N. Ramsey Rd., (across from Lake City High School), Coeur d'Alene, ID. Cards and condolences can be sent to: Karen and Mike Rudbeck, 3107 E. Hayden View Dr., Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815
