• Livingston-Clark joins Keller Williams

Lanette Livingston-Clark recently joined the team of sales professionals at Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene. Livingston-Clark was previously employed as a counselor at Monarch Mental Health and has more than 20 years of experience in sales, mostly in the appliance industry. She has a master's degree in education from the University of Idaho and bachelor's degree in business administration from Boise State University. Livingston-Clark is a native of Coeur d'Alene.

Keller Williams Realty Coeur d'Alene specializes in residential, luxury, waterfront and commercial properties throughout the Inland Northwest. The company has more than 140 associates with offices in Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. Each Keller Williams Realty Company is independently owned and operated.

• County surveyor resigns

Coeur d'Alene land surveyor Bruce Anderson recently announced his resignation, after 23 years, from the position of Kootenai County surveyor. He is returning to the private sector as a land boundary consultant, specializing in the resolution of boundary issues through mediation and litigation. Anderson has experience in boundary and legal research, has appeared as an expert witness on numerous occasions, and has acted as mediator in land disputes. Prior to coming to Kootenai County he was the Latah County surveyor for 13 years, where he also conducted a private land survey business. Anderson will be available for consultation beginning Jan. 2. • Women Realtors receive awards

The Coeur d'Alene Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors announced the winners of three prestigious chapter awards at its annual banquet held Thursday at the Hayden Lake Country Club. Janna Rankin Scharf, president of the council, presented the awards.

Lea Williams, Tomlinson Sotheby's International, was recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year. Williams was recognized for her community, chapter and professional involvement along with production and business achievement. She is eligible to represent Coeur d'Alene at the state and national levels.

Marilyn Buroker, Mountain West Bank, was presented with the Affiliate Member of the Year award for her involvement and ongoing service to the chapter.

Claudia Brennan, Windermere/Cd'A Realty, was awarded the Realtor Member of the Year. A past president and current Idaho State Chapter board member, Claudia was recognized for her continuing service as a resource to the local leadership and membership.

The Coeur d'Alene Chapter, with 48 members, was established in 2003 to be the source of education and business tools focused on the needs of women Realtor entrepreneurs at all stages of development.

• Mathes joins Windermere

Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty announced the addition of sales associate Marc "Bolt" Mathes.

Mathes, who relocated with his family to Idaho, served for 21 years as a United States Air Force officer and fighter pilot. He brings to Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty a hard work ethic and strong desire to help others. Mathes says he is passionate about his Christian faith, and that he looks forward to the opportunity to share his real estate passion with his fellow buyers and sellers.
