Dudley James Nesson

Dudley James Nesson, 85, of Polson, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 12 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Ronan. Dudley was born on Oct. 9, 1928 to George and Bertha Nesson of Douglas, North Dakota, on a farm where he grew up. On July 12, 1950 he was married to Ida Walhood of Douglas, North Dakota.

Dudley served two years of active duty in the army and three years in the reserves. He received his B of A in Electronics in 1960 and eventually opened a business in Polson, where he built his home. He was a strong head of his family and is survived by his wife, Ida and three children, Valerie Fitzgerald, Renee Hooven, and Dudley Nesson, Jr., and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He will be missed by family and friends. No services are planned.
