Commissioners appoint Brannon

A little while ago, Commissioner Todd Tondee swore in Jim Brannon as the new Kootenai County Clerk.
The county commissioners unanimously selected Brannon for the appointment this afternoon. He fills the position left vacant by the death of Cliff Hayes.
The Republican Central Committee provided three potential nominees. Brannon was their top pick. The other nominees were Bjorn Handeen and Dean Isaacson.
