7:50 a.m.: A Smith & Wesson pistol, a classic iPad and other items with a total value of about $800 were reported stolen from a 2008 Subaru Impreza in the driveway of a residence in the 2300 block of East Lookout Drive near Coeur d'Alene.

Joseph M. McClish, 24, Butte, Mont.: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $790.50 in fines, 150 hours community service and two years probation for delivery of a controlled substance.

William A. Velis, 23, Coeur d'Alene: Three years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction and driver's license suspended for one year for burglary and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
