Climbing for a cause

Taylor Zachary of the Kalispell Fire Department wears his gear as he does a round of stair climbing at Brannigan’s Pub on Saturday in Kalispell. Firefighters were at the pub as part of a fundraising campaign. Zachary and five other firefighters will compete in the 22nd Annual Scott Firefighter Stairclimb in Seattle on March 10. The firefighters are paying their own registration and travel expenses. All money raised goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The next fundraiser is Feb. 13 at the Tamarack Brewing Co. in Lakeside.
