Man suspected of selling drugs

A manager at a Second Avenue West business contacted the Kalispell Police Department to report a man selling prescription medication and possibly heroin. The manager said it was an ongoing issue in the building, but that the situation has gotten worse with the man, who has dropped a lot of weight quickly and has visitors over all the time, including what looked like underage girls.
A Sixth Avenue West woman complained that there were children in her yard who wouldn’t leave and had been bothering her for two months, also saying someone tried to kill her the prior night.
A very drunk man was reported yelling at a clerk and screaming at customers at a North Meridian Road bar.
An upset College Avenue trailer park owner reported someone shot a bottle rocket at a trailer and got it stuck in the window.
A person was arrested on Wolfpack Way for violating probation.

A concerned employee at a U.S. 2 East fast food restaurant in Kalispell contacted the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office after witnessing a man in the drive-through, possibly drunk, backhand a child approximately 9 years old several times. The employee also noted the man’s eyes looked glazed over.
A Columbia Falls resident reported suspicions that a neighbor on Marjorie Street had excessive vehicle traffic, possibly related to drug activity.
An elderly man was transported to the hospital after a man who had been living with him at a Glacier Stage Lane home tackled him, causing him to have problems seeing out of one of his eyes.
