Joyce Elaine Roberge passed away Feb. 21, 2013, surrounded by loved ones. Elaine was born in Buffalo, Wyo., Aug. 8, 1944, the daughter of Orville and Joyce Lee.

She is survived by her husband, Paul of Hauser; sons, Charles Neisess Jr. and David Neisess, both of Elko, Nev.; daughter Melinda Edgerton of Newman Lake, Wash.; sons, Mark Rader of Sheridan, Wyo., and Ben Rader of Carlin, Nev. Other survivors include brothers, Orville Jr. and Greg Lee; and sisters, Donna Dawson, Mary Saathoff, Libby Roth and Susie Shelton. She is also survived by stepsons, Steven Roberge of Chandler, Quebec, Richard Roberge of Vancouver, B.C., and Shane Roberge of Calgary, Alberta; 12 nieces and nephews; and 17 grandchildren. She was loved by all her friends and in-laws.

A special thanks to the staff and doctors at the ICU at Kootenai Medical Center for their loving care and expertise in taking care of Joyce for her last two weeks.
