Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on January 7, 2013 from WV Properties, LLC (Designated Contact: M. Jacob Wardenaar, PO Box 1114, Royal City, WA 99357, 509-760-4635), were found to be technically complete on February 21, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that a Site Plan Review application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on January 7, 2013 from WV Properties, LLC (Designated Contact: M. Jacob Wardenaar, PO Box 1114, Royal City, WA 99357, 509-760-4635), were found to be technically complete on February 21, 2013. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may
be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained
upon request. PROJECT: This proposal is for the construction of one (1) 171-ft. x 226-ft. produce storage building with a 72-ft. x 40-ft. fanhouse (approximately 41,526 square ft. total) on approximately 18.65 acres in the Urban Light Industrial and Urban Heavy Industrial zoning districts of Grant County. This proposal also includes the future construction, as needed, of an additional five (5) comparable storage structures. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permits. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area consists of two parcels, known as Lot 15 and Lot 17 of the Port of Royal Slope Phase 1 plat. The site is located approximately 1.36 miles southeast of Royal City, WA, and approximately 0.50 miles southwest of the intersection of State Highway 26 and Road E SW. The subject area is in the NE quarter of Section 18, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, and in the SE quarter of Section 7, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #07-1390-804 and #07-1390-806). PRESENT ZONING: Urban Light Industrial and Urban Heavy Industrial. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
