Today and Saturday, Flathead Valley Shelter Friends will have Ozzy and other cats available for adoption at Kalispell Center Mall from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During March, the Flathead County Animal Shelter is having a cat special. The adoption fee on black or black-and-white cats has been lowered to $10.
