When the Rocky Mountain Heritage Act was penciled, why wasn’t ATVs and motorized vehicles included?

The environmentalists and outfitters got their way, and we motorized users had no say.

Badger Two Medicine, for instance, was already established with an ATV trail system and was closed and we had no say.

What happened to the public lands for all of us to use?
