LIBBY — Kraig Nelson scored 16 of his game-high 21 points in the fourth quarter as Libby (3-6) beat Thompson Falls (4-5) 54-41 on Thursday in boys nonconference basketball play.
Libby outscored Thompson Falls 21-7 in the final frame.
Jared Winslow and Dan Leggins both contributed 11 points to the victory.

Balanced scoring, led by Josh Bray’s 16 points, carried Stillwater Christian to a 30-point nonconference victory over Clark Fork, Idaho.
Zach Falk added 13 points for the Cougars (7-2) and Noah Hashley chipped in with 10.
Jeremiah Hashley had a solid all-around game for Stillwater with eight points, seven steals and nine rebounds. The steals and rebounds were both team highs.
Bray also collected six rebounds and five steals.

Sarah Paolini scored three of her game-high 19 points in overtime and Serena Koch was 2 of 4 from the charity line in the extra session as Stillwater (8-0) pulled out a five-point nonconference victory over Clark Fork, Idaho.
Paolini grabbed 13 rebounds and tied for the team lead in steals with McKenzie Hemp, both with four.
Megha Tannehill had six rebounds and Annalise Peirson totaled five.
Hemp also had five assists.
