Air Force Airman 1st Class Jocelyn A. Gleason from Bigfork graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Gleason is a 2009 graduate of Bigfork High School.

Gleason completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associates in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Gleason is the daughter of Joanna Gleason of West Main Street in Hamilton, and Steve Melkioty of Broeder Loop in Kalispell.
