Keller Williams Realty welcomes Kelly Hanson
Keller Williams Real Estate of Coeur d'Alene announced that Kelly Hanson has joined its sales team.
Hanson brings his 24 years of experience in the local market helping buyer and seller achieve their real estate goals. He was the 2006 "Idaho State Realtor of the Year."
He has experience with short sales, repos, residential homes and land sales, and has taken multiple advanced classes.

Women's Council of Realtors installs officers
The Coeur d'Alene Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors recently held its installation of officers at the Hayden Lake Country Club.
Incoming officers for 2013 are: President, Janna Rankin Scharf, Keller Williams Realty; Past President, Annie Mote, Century 21 Beutler and Associates; President Elect, Antigone Twidt, Silver Legacy Realty; VP of Membership, Beth Strand, Lakeshore Realty; Secretary, Jaydee Miller, Alliance Title Company; Treasurer, Paula Kamp, RE/MAX All Seasons.
"The new board officers will direct focus on empowering members to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders, and effect positive change in the profession and in the broader community," according to a press release.
Edward Jones tops Magazine's rankings
For the 18th time, the financial services firm Edward Jones ranked No. 1 in REP magazine's annual survey of the nation's six largest financial services firms, according to Peter T. Fitzmyers, financial adviser in Post Falls.
The magazine randomly selects financial advisors nationwide and asks them to rank their firms in various categories.
Edward Jones' overall score was 9.3 out of 10 possible points. Additionally, 96 percent of respondents said they believe Edward Jones is the best firm to work for in the financial services industry.
"This honor is a testament to the enduring strength of our firm values, our trade offs and our partnership," said Managing Partner Jim Weddle. "We are guided by a clear mission to serve the serious, long-term individual investor and a strong culture that gives us a very real sense of pride in the important work that we do."
Some of Edward Jones' highest scores were 9.7 for ethics, 9.3 for clarity of client account statements, 9.5 for client access to online account information and 9.7 for the high quality of the firm's branch office administrators.
