MOSES LAKE - The Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation is gearing up for its 4th Annual Country Sweethearts Benefit Dinner, Dance and Auction.

They will be held on Feb. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the Grant County Fairgrounds 4-H building.

"We would like to invite you and your sweetheart out for a fun-filled night with a purpose," Executive Director Angel Kneedler said. "Please come support your local neighbors who are battling cancer."

Proceeds from the benefit go to the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation to help provide services and programs to cancer patients and their families.

Tables for eight people may be purchased for $450, and individual seats are available for $60 from the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation.

"I am very excited to be a part of this organization," Kneedler said. "We have some great auction items this year that you should not miss out on."

Suggested attire for the benefit is western or just jean casual. You can learn more by calling the CBCF office at 764-4644 or emailing info@columbiabasincancerfoundation.org.

"The Foundation recognizes the dream of providing tangible aid and emotional support to patients and families dealing with cancer," Kneedler said. "Their hope is to bring the community together to support these individuals and meet their needs."
