GUNS: Checks must be required

Despite what the Roberts Supreme Court said, the Constitution’s Second Amendment requires that gun owners belong to a “well-regulated” militia. I hope criminal and mental health background checks are required to be accepted in this “well-regulated militia.” Where do we sign up?
