Both Noxon teams secure wins this week

NOXON – The Red Devils are on fire, winning both games of the week against Two Eagle River and Troy.
During the home game on Thursday, Noxon went head-to-head with Two Eagle River, outscoring them by 24 points and securing a 59-35 win.
Austin Tucker led the Red Devils with 19 points followed closely by Oliver Grupenhoff who had 15 and Neal Jopling with 14. Brandon Piazzola scored six points, Tanner Tammaro had three and Zach Osborne brought in two points.
During the game against Troy, the Red Devils outscored the opponents once again, winning 42-32.
Tucker brought in another 19 points with Grupenhoff adding nine. Jopling had seven points, Tyler Piazzola had four and Brandon Piazzola scored three.
The Lady Devils also came out with a win against Two Eagle River, securing a 54-22 win. Brooke Smithborne led the team with 13 points while Kendall Aitkins brought in 10 points, McKenna Krueger shot nine points and Tierrah Camara had 11 points. Shelby Clark secured six points with Casey Chenoweth bringing in three and Shay Lloyd scoring two points.
Both the Red Devils and the Lady Devils will be at St. Regis Friday night. Their next home game is four away, where they will host Hot Springs on Feb. 1.
