POST FALLS - Ryan Failor (195 pounds), Elijah Bennett (220) and Justin Farnsworth (285) had consecutive pins for the Post Falls Trojans in a 36-33 win over the Lewiston Bengals in a wrestling dual on Wednesday at The Arena.

"Our big boys were a huge key for us tonight," Post Falls coach Pete Reardon said. "Our guys from 170 and up did a great job, with Seth (McLeod) getting a technical fall, Cody Johnson winning a tough, close match against the No. 3 kid in the state and Failor, Bennett and Farnsworth all getting pins. Those three guys (with pins) have been working real hard with the coaches working on strategies and it worked tonight."

Post Falls, ranked second in this week's state 5A wrestling team and dual poll at www.idahowrestlingnews.com., will face Bonners Ferry and Lake City in Coeur d'Alene tonight to conclude the regular season.

"We had to move some guys around with injuries and guys being out of the lineup," Reardon said. "But the kids kept fighting at every position and it was good to see the guys find a way to gut out a win."

Lewiston, ranked third in both polls, hosts Lake City on Friday.
