Saturday house fire

An outdoor fire spread to a vacant home previously owned by the late Dr. Robert Ruby at 4535 Peninsula Dr. in Moses Lake Saturday. No injuries were reported and the case is under investigation, according to Capt. Dave Holle, of the Moses Lake Fire Department. About 20 firefighters from the Moses Lake Fire Department and Grant County Fire District 5 responded to the blaze.
