Kootenai County Sheriff

Thursday

8:40 a.m.: A cash voucher valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from a patron at a business located in the 37900 block of South Nukwalqw Road near Worley.

Friday

9:04 a.m.: A white GE cook top stove, refrigerator, a portable air conditioner and other items with a total value of $2,600 were reported stolen from a rental residence in the 2000 block of North Ridgeview Drive near Post Falls.

2:30 p.m.: An orange Husqvarna chain saw and an orange Stihl chain saw with a total value of about $900 were reported stolen from a 1988 Ford pickup parked in front of a residence in the 8500 block of North Cloverleaf Road in Hauser Lake.

3:19 p.m.: Damages of $100 were reportedly done to the door of a business located in the 11300 block of North Cliffhouse Road in Hauser Lake. A Sharp electronic cash register and two TVs with a total value of $1,100 were reported stolen from the building.

Sunday

7:05 p.m.: Damages of about $400 were reportedly done to the exterior door of a shop and security camera at a residence in the 17700 block of North Rimrock Road near Hayden. A custom bolt action rifle valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from the building.

Brandon J. Hoffman, 28, Mead, Wash.: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and credit for time served, $750 in fines and two years probation for failure to give immediate notice of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges.

Stephen W. L. Duncan-Seese, 20, Osburn: 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended and credit for time served, $852.50 in fines, $150 restitution, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence and providing false information to an officer re: offense/identity.

Charles A. Smith, 32, Priest River: Two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time for probation violation.

Ryan T. Cornett, 22, Post Falls: 20 days in jail for probation violation.

Marcus S. Wall, 29, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and four years indeterminate time, credit for time served and $740.50 in fines for providing false information to the sex offender registry.

Gabrielle R. Brink, 37, Post Falls: 45 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $740.50 in fines, $10,500 restitution and three years probation for grand theft.

Gabriel J. Larson, 37, Coeur d'Alene: Three years determinate penitentiary time and four years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $960.50 in fines, $100 restitution, 100 hours community service and three years probation for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Jenny M. Lamana, 27, Hayden: 365 days in jail with 305 days suspended and credit for time served, $200 in fines and two years probation for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
