Swimmers take 2nd at Fort Benton

The Columbia Falls swim team took second at the Fort Benton meet on July 13-14. Zayne Friar had a good meet, taking first in the 50 and 100 butterfly with times of 31.52 and 1:15.94 respectively.
Tyler Langton also continues to swim well, taking first in the 50 freestyle, the 100 freestyle, and 50 backstroke, with times of 36.09, 1:26.29 and 44.03.
Bubba Loyda also took first in all his individual races, winning the 50 freestyle, 50 backstroke and the 50 butterfly in 31.05, 35.16 and 35.16.
Jessica Loyda had a solid meet with firsts the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle in 31.1 and 1.09.46.
Hayden Pierce won the 200 intermediate medley in 3:12.09.
The team will travel to Conrad this weekend.
