Monty and Dee Ann Crawford

50th Anniversary

Monty and DeeAnn Crawford celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married June 4, 1963, in Ellensburg, Wash.

They have a daughter Holli who has daughters Sara and Megan. They reside in San Diego, Calif. Their son, Tod and wife Staci reside in St. Maries and have daughter Haily and son Kade.

Monty and "Dee" have lived in Coeur d'Alene and Hayden for 44 years.

Payton Lynne Hahnenkratt was born at 4:41 p.m. June 13, 2013, to Jaimie Bean and Donald Hahnenkratt of Post Falls. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Kim Teigen, Kelly Bean and Charlene Bean. Paternal grandparents are Kim Schaelchlin and Donald I. Hahnenkratt Sr.

Jackson Edward Miller was born at 9:52 p.m. June 21, 2013, to Jennifer and Ryan Miller of Post Falls. He weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long. Maternal grandmother is Connie Gonyou. Paternal grandparents are John Miller and Deborah Glauser.

Noah Tayler Lindsey was born July 2, 2013, to Marissa Karin and Tayler Scott of Coeur d'Alene, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene. He weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces. Paternal grandparents are Randy Lindsey of Portland, Ore., and Rich and Karen Hurrle of Vancouver, Wash. Maternal grandparents are Wade and Chris McGilvra of Oregon City, Ore. Great-grandparents are Sandra Anderson of Portland and Lolita Cunningham of Oregon City.

MISSIONS

Annie Mariah Wise, 19, of Coeur d'Alene, was recently called to serve an 18-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Oklahoma Tulsa Mission. She is the daughter of Jeffrey Wise of LaGrande, Ore., and Patti Wise of Woodland, Wash. Annie graduated from Woodland High School in 2012 and worked for Center Partners in Coeur d'Alene.

Donna Rose Linsenmann, 21, of St. Maries, was called to the Colorado Fort Collins Mission for 18 months. Her parents are Neil and Mary Linsenmann of St. Maries. Donna graduated from St. Maries High School in 2011 and worked at Zips in St. Maries before leaving for her mission.

Travis Dale Simpson, 21, of Post Falls, received his call to serve a two-year mission to the Kansas Wichita Mission. Travis is the son of Dennis and Staci Simpson. He is a 2010 Post Falls High School graduate and attended a semester at North Idaho College. Before leaving on his mission he worked as a Lab Tech for Eye Guys Optical in Hayden.

Ethan Darrick Wendt, 21, of Pinehurst, was called to serve a two-year mission to the Honduras Comayagela Mission. His parents are Nathan and Pam Wendt of Pinehurst. Ethan graduated from Kellogg High School in 2010 and worked for SVL Analytical in Smelterville.

Jocelyn Nicole Verkist, 20, of Harrison, was called to serve an 18-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Utah Salt Lake City South Mission. She is the daughter of Jon and Karen Verkist. Her sister Kyla is presently serving in the Nevada Reno Mission. Jocelyn graduated Valedictorian of Kootenai High School in 2011. She worked at Chili's restaurant in Coeur d'Alene.

Ariel Elizabeth Lowder, 19, of Coeur d'Alene, will serve 18 months in the Georgia Atlanta Mission. She is the daughter of Virginia Keys of Coeur d'Alene, and Lyle and Linda Lowder of Pullman, Wash. Ariel graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 2012 and worked at the Pullman Regional Hospital in Pullman before leaving for her mission.
