Coeur d'Alene man dies after crash
A 24-year-old Coeur d'Alene man died as a result of injuries suffered in a car crash Wednesday on State Highway 13, in Idaho County near Grangeville, the Idaho State Police reported.
Timothy Willison was pronounced dead Friday at 5:53 p.m.
Willison was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Lewiston via Life Flight Network air medical after losing control of his 2012 Dodge R35 pickup on Wednesday night. He was driving north on SH13 near milepost 23 when he entered a left curve. The roadway had recently been seal coated and because of the speed Willison was traveling, he lost control and the pickup overturned, the ISP said.
The two passengers were also taken to St. Joseph's via Life Flight. Dennis Welling, 35, of Post Falls, and Travis Hogan, 32, of Coeur d'Alene, sustained injuries.
Idaho State Police, Idaho County Sheriff and the Idaho Department of Transportation responded. The investigation continues.
