Man complains about destructive girlfriend

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a call Sunday from a Highline Boulevard resident in the West Glacier area who said his girlfriend kicked in his air conditioning unit to get into the residence because she was moving out. While she was hauling her boat from the property, she backed into the garage door, causing significant damage.
A Conrad Drive resident reported his vehicle was “tagged” with graffiti — a black “T” — and two vehicles belonging to a neighbor were also vandalized.
Someone calling from an Auction Road address reported three hitches were stolen off a truck.
Someone calling from Martin Camp Road in the Whitefish area reported finding a blue and silver Harley-Davidson motorcycle that had been pushed into some bushes on his property. The motorcycle had not been reported stolen, but efforts were made to get it back to its owner.
There was a report of a man whistling at people and asking if they wanted to have a good time from his semi-trailer truck parked at a business on U.S. 2 east of Kalispell. The manager of the business wanted the man and his truck removed. The truck driver eventually left.
A woman calling from East Evergreen Drive reported the theft of valuable CDs.
A person calling from U.S. 2 east of Columbia Falls reported a windshield on a vehicle had been broken out, with damage to a mirror and a GPS system inside.
There was a report of two kayaks, paddles and a fishing rod stolen from a river bank near Birch Grove Road while the reporting party was getting his vehicle.
There was a report of a cellphone stolen from a vehicle in the Somers area.
An intoxicated man calling from First Street West in Martin City reported his daughter punched him in the face and then stole his vehicle.
There was a report of an intoxicated naked woman outside of a camper with a baby on Shady Lane, prompting a welfare check.
At about 1:45 a.m. Monday, a Whitefish Stage Road residence reported a masked man had entered her house and attempted to rape her. Because there were other people in the house, apparently, the suspect left on foot but may have gotten into a vehicle.
There was a report of a business on Rose Crossing broken into sometime over the weekend, with some items stolen.
Kalispell Police got a report of a man and woman having a heated argument at a Sherry Lane residence Sunday evening.
There was a report of an unruly drunken man causing damage at a house on West Colorado Street. The parties involved were separated for the night.
Monday morning, a landlord calling from an apartment building on Second Avenue West said there was an unauthorized person staying in an apartment, and he wanted the man removed.
There was a report of an attempted break-in at business on West Center Street.
There was a report of a portable toilet vandalized at a construction site on Antelope Trail.
A woman was cited for shoplifting at a store on Hutton Ranch Road.
Whitefish Police got a report Sunday from a man who was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident, with the owner of the other vehicle threatening him and throwing punches at him. The reporting party refused to let the other person drive away by standing in front of the vehicle.
After a traffic stop on U.S. 93 South, a man was arrested, but the charges were not clear.
There was a report of solar panels used to power lights in a construction zone on Murray Avenue being stolen.
The Evergreen Fire Department was dispatched at about 7 p.m. Sunday to yet another person who got stuck on the large log jam on the Flathead River, just north of the Montana 35 bridge. A man required help in getting off the log jam, and a Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks boat was deployed to assist in the effort. On Saturday, two people on inner tubes got hung up on the log, also requiring rescue.
The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a car fire in a parking lot on Three Mile Drive near North Meridian Road at around noon Monday.
ALERT helicopter was dispatched to Logan Pass in Glacier National Park Monday afternoon for an 80-year-old man who had reportedly suffered a hip injury.
