ROYAL CITY - Summer vacation is a good time for your youngsters to learn the game of a lifetime.

Royal Golf Course PGA professional Randy Puetz invites parents to sign up their youngsters for a junior golf camp. It will be for youths 10-16 and will be held July 16-18.

The cost of The camp will be $50 per youngster. The first 15 will be accepted. You may contact Puetz through the golf course.

Meanwhile, the golf course is in need of better quality rental club sets. If you have an old set of clubs you don't need, the golf course would be more than happy to accept your donation of it.

Also, the RGC's US Open Day scheduled for Saturday, June 15, is fast approaching. Please let Puetz know if you plan to play and/or bring guests.
