Junior Golf Northwest hosted the Avondale Classic on June 15 at Avondale Golf Club in Hayden Lake. Top age-group finishers are as follows:
BOYS 10-12 - 1, Nate Plaster, Spokane 80. 2, Will Reeves, Sandpoint 84. 3, Jonny Hillman, Spokane 88.
BOYS 13-15 - 1, Jack Reeves, Sandpoint 82. 2, Max Toenjes, Sandpoint 84. 3, Phillip Flexer, Spokane 93
BOYS 16-18 - 1, Quinten Meyers, Coeur d'Alene 84. 2, Ryan Anderson, Spokane 84. 3, Pierce McDonald, Tri-Cities 84.
GIRLS 13-15 - 1, Hannah Gropp, Spokane 106. 2, Emily Heck, Spokane 121.
GIRLS 16-18 - Sammi Jo Spring, Spokane 83. 2, Kassidy Krug, Spokane 88. 3, Katie Ochoa, Spokane 92.
The next event will be the Liberty Lake Classic, a two-day, 36-hole tournament at Liberty Lake Golf Course and Meadowood Golf Course in Liberty Lake, scheduled for July 13-14.
