DOCTOR: Sorry to see him go

It was with dismay that I learned recently that my cancer doctor, Dr. Brian Samuels, is leaving the Kootenai Cancer Center. I had breast cancer 8 years ago, and I give him credit for the diligent care I’ve received that has kept me in remission all this time.

We all know how difficult it is to give up our long time doctor or dentist, but losing a cancer care doctor is extremely upsetting. Wherever he goes from here, that hospital, the community and most all, his new patients are getting one of the very best.
