Drunk bicyclist runs into police cruiser

A Kalispell Police Department officer made an easy arrest after an extremely drunk man intentionally ran into the officer’s cruiser with his bicycle. The man was found to be wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet. He was arrested on preliminary charges of contempt, obstructing justice, and criminal mischief.

An officer was unable to find any indication that a group of three people had been smoking marijuana after someone reported they had been passing a bong around while sitting on the front steps of a Ninth Avenue West home. They told the officer they had been smoking cigarettes.
